Relationship context is organized through in-app rules. Language-based summaries and suggestions use the on-device SystemLanguageModel in Apple’s Foundation Models framework on a supported iPhone. Core relationship data is not sent to VINEQRA or a third-party AI cloud for this processing.

The first release of VINEQRA focuses on personal relationship and customer operations across your Apple devices.
01 Do I need to create an account?
No. VINEQRA does not require its own account. Install the app and use it directly on your iPhone. Subscribers need an Apple Account with iCloud enabled only if they choose to turn on CloudKit sync.
02 How do I restore data after moving to a new iPhone?
Subscribers can sign in to the new iPhone with the same Apple Account, then enable CloudKit sync in VINEQRA. The app can retrieve data that completed syncing to iCloud. Local changes that never finished uploading cannot be restored on another device.
03 Can I import or export data?
Standalone file import and export are not supported in the first release. If added later, supported formats and data handling will be explained clearly.
04 Does VINEQRA support team collaboration?
Not in the first release. VINEQRA currently focuses on personal relationship and customer operations across your own Apple devices.
05 Does Intelligence send data to an external AI?
No. Relationship Intelligence runs through in-app rules and the on-device SystemLanguageModel in Apple’s Foundation Models framework. Core relationship data is not sent to VINEQRA or a third-party AI cloud.
